Trump vs Tradtional Politics
Hi! Happy Sunday!
Mmmm, yesterday I posited that the Trump Phenomena is a culmination of the disastrous deregulation of that started in 1980s and has continued unabated ever since. Trump is a direct result of news as profit, click bait. If we want to prevent future Trumps from making it to the national political stage I proposed a solution based on tradition; repeal media de-regulation and reinstate the Fairness Doctrine, etc. such that news is no longer a for profit endeavor.
I defended this proposal by stating that in lieu of "sciencing the shit out of it" then falling back on tradition that works is viable. Go back to where we were.
Could that work? Ha! First of all, the conservative media is full-on denial that they represent hate speech. The minute conservative media is called out for hating Obama, hating liberals and calling their fellow liberal Americans traitors then conservative apologists hide behind the first amendment.
So no, it will not work.
The reason it will not work is a moral failure. The immoral haters refuse to admit their hatred is immoral.
Enter stage right Donald Trump.
Trump represents Hyper-morality where hyper-morality is expressing all morals. Trump says the Mexicans coming into this country are the very worst, rapists. Trump then says Mexicans love him. And so it goes.
What is going on here is that we are no longer a country because quite simply we have grown too large and technology exposes what was previously hidden.
The President of the United States is suppose to represent all of us. But how can they? There are 300 million of us. We are deeply divided morally on every moral issues. We need to admit we are no longer the United States of America.
One yuge problem with the simplistic "Christian Nation" common moral code is that we quite literally "scienced the shit out it". Christianity is full of moral crap, otherwise known as immorality. Gay marriage being the most recent example. Slavery the most egregious example. Interracial marriage. Pro-life. The list of Christian immorality is as endless as it is oppressive and tyrannical.
So now what? Should we attempt to find a new common moral code to call America?
No. Why? Because it is not possible. All morality is relative. A common morality requires objective morality. Objective morality doesn't exist. If you look back at the Moral Issues listed above just realize that it is Christians who are on opposite moral sides of all the great moral issues. Christians have no common code, no objective morality.
The concept of nation is built upon a common credo, a common ethos and a common objective morality. All of which breaks down in the face of instant global communication where all illusions about objective morality can be instantly dispelled.
This is why religion is dying: moral relativity is percolating up between the cracks of enforced, low tech, low communication, oppressive, hateful moral objectivity.
So we need a new ways and methods of social groups organizing. The old ways of nations and governments were a house of cards built on a deception of moral absolutism and party line: neither of which are relevant today.
So now what? We need Irreni World Scale, of course. Irreni is a platform to build platforms. Irreni is a constitution for new constitutions. Irreni admits, promotes and refines moral relativism.
And so does Trump, inadvertently. Trump is unaware of the role he is playing. Trump is an unwitting fool who has no idea or no self-awareness as to what is really going down. By espousing he donates to both Liberals and Conservatives because he is a "business man" then Trump is espousing what "business men" have known forever, morality is relative. Real governance is morally relative.
Trump versus traditional politics is new politics of promoting moral relativism versus old politics of nation and moral objectivity.
Of course, moral relativism within the same person is not healthy. However, Trump doesn't represent a party line, a coherent morality. People are relating to that. People are starting to wake up to the need for new politics that exposes moral relativity and comes to terms with it.
Irreni World Scale promotes moral relativity by setting up boundaries and rules for moral relativity to thrive and all people to experience opportunity with the least oppression and tyranny possible for those of opposing morality. That is why Irreni is a framework framework. Irreni sets up a legal system for moral relativity.
Trump versus traditional politics is just the burgeoning of an awakening of the need for a page one rewrite of social groups in the information age.
